Skills 4 Success is a career guidance and support project. Targeting stay at home parents (Returners) who have been out of the workforce, due to family or childcare commitments, for a number of years and who are actively seeking to return to education and/or work.
Round 1 was launched in September 2020. With an initial pool of 20 coaches on the panel. Round 1 was for 6 months and in that time we have provided help to over 200 people, through our one-on-one coaching and our webinars.
We are now drafting Round 2 of Skills4Success and we need your help.
The following is a short survey to help us provided the supports and services Returners need to guide them back to education and work.

The aim of Skills4Success is to connect our users to the supports they need to enable them to embrace the opportunities available and to guide them along the path to education and employment.
Skills4Success is funded by revenue generated from our jobs board and course directory and we are very grateful to all our customers for their continued support.
