Who We Are

Back To Work Connect  is a profit for impact enterprise.

Our vision is to give everyone who wants to work the opportunity of employment and education as a means to improve their well-being regardless of their background or economic status.

Our mission is to empower stay at home parents, returners and career changers who are ready to return to work by connecting them to the supports, skills and job opportunities they need to re-enter the workforce in a meaningful and financially viable manner.

Our goal is to reduce the financial burden of re-training and to promote part-time/flexible and remote job opportunities.
