Back To Work Connect are delighted to present “Finding Your Purpose” with the multi-talented Jean O’Neill of Jean O’Neill Coaching.

Returning to the workplace after an extended period away can be challenging. Taking a career break is not at all uncommon, so don’t let it sway you from reconnecting with your career path. Unemployment, redundancy, illness recovery or a caregiver role, are just some of the planned and unplanned reasons for being on a career break.

Reality Check Where you are Currently at:

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed or nervous about returning to work after an extended career break?
  • Maybe you don’t quite know where to start?
  • Are you worried about how the workplace landscape has changed?
  • What skills do you recognise you need to bridge gaps in before embarking on a new career?
  • Are you struggling to figure out what job you are best suited to?
  • Do you feel out of touch with how your previous career industry has changed in the meantime?
  • What other factors are hindering your motivation to move forward?

What if you Could Flip Your Career Reality?  One where you can:

  • Shift your mindset from finding your career purpose to creating your career purpose
  • Identify areas you would like to bridge gaps in
  • Explore your key motivators and drivers
  • Gain career clarity
  • Walk away with a step-by-step career action plan in place, enabling renewed direction to get in the driver seat of achieving your career goals.

You can expect a highly engaging and practical workshop hosted by Jean O’Neill, Master Coach with Neuroscience.  She comes from a background of 18 years in the corporate environment. Through her own lived experience of changing her career path, creating a very intentional purpose and path naturally motivates her to enable her clients on their career journeys.

With a whole-system strengths approach, Jean is dedicated to the personal and professional development and growth of people. She provides a diverse range of coaching services in Career, Workplace and Life Coaching, Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Wellness Coaching, Neuro Wellness Coaching (Stress & Performance Management) and Mind Coaching to recover from anxiety.

She is a keen advocate for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Workplace and Consults and Coaches in Neurodiversity where Neurodivergent people struggle with invisible disabilities and differing abilities to unlock their potential. Her range of experience, expertise, tools resources and techniques equip her to explore the ‘real challenges’ and ‘roadblocks’ that show up in people’s lives to move them forward with ‘sticking transformation’ to bridge to their success.  Part of that process is priming and activating courage, self-belief and confidence in moving people forward to emerge with elevated levels of resourcefulness and sustainability.
