You can expect a highly engaging and practical workshop hosted by Jean O’Neill, Master Coach with Neuroscience. She comes from a background of 18 years in the corporate environment. Through her own lived experience of changing her career path, creating a very intentional purpose and path naturally motivates her to enable her clients on their career journeys.
With a whole-system strengths approach, Jean is dedicated to the personal and professional development and growth of people. She provides a diverse range of coaching services in Career, Workplace and Life Coaching, Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Wellness Coaching, Neuro Wellness Coaching (Stress & Performance Management) and Mind Coaching to recover from anxiety.
She is a keen advocate for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Workplace and Consults and Coaches in Neurodiversity where Neurodivergent people struggle with invisible disabilities and differing abilities to unlock their potential. Her range of experience, expertise, tools resources and techniques equip her to explore the ‘real challenges’ and ‘roadblocks’ that show up in people’s lives to move them forward with ‘sticking transformation’ to bridge to their success. Part of that process is priming and activating courage, self-belief and confidence in moving people forward to emerge with elevated levels of resourcefulness and sustainability.
