It means being prepared to compete in a modern recruitment process and to step into the workplace with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A job-ready candidate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understands what employers are looking for<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can clearly communicate their skills and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an up-to-date CV and LinkedIn profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feels confident at interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knows how to manage their time, behaviour, and professional relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a clear plan for finding and securing work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who have been out of the workforce for a period of time, or who are changing direction, these skills don\u2019t always come automatically. They need to be refreshed, practised, and rebuilt in a supportive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-many-jobseekers-face\">The Challenge Many Jobseekers Face<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>People returning to work often tell us the same things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t know how to talk about my experience anymore.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cInterviews feel much harder than they used to.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI\u2019m unsure how to use LinkedIn properly.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI know I can do the job \u2014 I just struggle to sell myself.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are common, understandable challenges.
