Understanding Returners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who they are, the value they bring, and why they\u2019re critical to solving skills gaps and strengthening your DEI strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(And yes \u2014 we tackle the misconceptions head-on.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Identifying returner CVs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking beyond the \u201ccareer gap\u201d and actually understanding the experience, skills, and resilience behind it \u2014 without bias creeping in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Encouraging returners through the hiring process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipping talent teams to advocate for returners, and bringing hiring managers on the journey so great candidates don\u2019t get filtered out too early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Creating a truly returner-friendly hiring process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making the small but powerful changes across the entire journey that turn \u201cwe\u2019re open to returners\u201d into something real and visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because this is the part that matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your process doesn\u2019t change, your outcomes won\u2019t either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returner-friendly hiring isn\u2019t a single initiative.
