But remember, employers aren&#8217;t looking for perfection. They&#8217;re looking for people who can demonstrate experience, potential and a willingness to learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This roadmap will help you prepare for interviews with practical techniques, structured answers and the confidence to talk about your career journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated time: Work through at your own pace (around 1 week)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-before-you-begin\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before You Begin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reminder&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feeling nervous before an interview is completely normal. Most people experience interview nerves, whether they&#8217;ve been working continuously or are returning after a career break. Preparation doesn&#8217;t remove nerves completely\u2014but it gives you the confidence to manage them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remember:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728You were invited because the employer already sees potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728You don&#8217;t need to know every answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728Interviews are conversations, not exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728You&#8217;re also deciding whether the employer is
