It grows with each small action you take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s exactly what this roadmap is designed to help you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated time: Work through at your own pace (around 1\u20132 weeks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-before-you-begin\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before You Begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reminder&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re returning to work after a career break, it&#8217;s completely normal to question yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many Returners tell us they worry about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether employers will value their experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explaining their career break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feeling &#8220;out of practice&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competing with younger candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowing where to start<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The important thing to remember is this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A career break changes your CV.
