By submitting content which\nis subsequently made available on the Website, you assume all risks associated\nwith the content. If\nyou create a BTWC&nbsp; Account with us, you\nmust treat any information provided as part of our security and authentication\nprocedures (e.g. your password) as confidential. You agree to use a strong\npassword. You must not disclose such information to any person or legal entity\nthat is not otherwise a party to these Terms. You agree to notify BTWC of any\nunauthorised user of your BTWC Account or passwords. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\nunderstand and acknowledge that if you cancel your BTWC Account or your BTWC\nAccount is terminated, all your account information, including any Postings (as\ndefined below), will be deleted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Website Postings and Compliance with Law<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\nare solely responsible for your conduct and any information that you upload in\nyour advertisements and postings which are shared, exchanged or displayed on\nthe Website (including but not limited to: the accuracy of the information\nuploaded, job\/training course descriptions, creatives, trademarks, images,\nURLs) (together, <strong>Postings<\/strong>) and all\npostings or content to which the Postings may redirect Website users to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You agree that your Postings, and any\ninteractions with individuals who may respond to your Postings, will comply\nwith all applicable law including\nbut not limited to laws relating to: employment, privacy, data protection,\nintellectual property and regulatory requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\nagree that your Postings will <strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>contain the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other\nthan those of your organisation except where expressly agreed by us;<\/li><li>promote or post information that is\ninaccurate, false, or misleading;<\/li><li>contain any content or links to\ncontent that is exploitative of individuals (including in a sexual, violent or\nother illegal context), or solicits personal information from children;<\/li><li>contain a requirement in connection\nwith the Posting which is not an actual or legal requirement for the job or\ntraining course;<\/li><li>endorse a political party or,\npolitical agenda or issue;<\/li><li>promote a particular religion;<\/li><li>except where permitted by applicable\nlaw, request an applicant to provide information relating to their: (i) racial\nor ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious\nbeliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi)\nsexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (vii)\nage; <\/li><li>contain anything (e.g. malware,\nspyware) which would interfere with or obstruct the operation of the Website or\nServices or which would circumvent any security measure of BTWC.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a job or training course advertised in\na Posting has been filled, the Posting must be removed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Non-Compliant Postings<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BTWC\nreserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>remove any Posting from the\nWebsite, which in our reasonable view, does not comply with these Terms or is\nnot in the best interests of BTWC; and\/or<\/li><li>reject any link contained\nwithin a Posting which is not materially functional and\/or which BTWC considers\nto be unsuitable. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where\na Posting does not comply with these terms, BTWC will first provide you with a\ndescription of any non-compliance and will provide you with a reasonable\nopportunity to remedy any such non-compliance.
