Jennifer has worked across the public, non-profit and private sectors for over 30 years, amassing a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding of the sectors.
Jennifer holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Sheffield, MBA from University of Ulster and a BA from NUIG. Her doctoral studies and post-doctoral research focus on the intersection of employment, education and inclusion policy and her findings have been published in peer reviewed international journals. She works at senior level to affect social change through her voluntary work.
As an entrepreneur, Jennifer has coached and mentored women towards employment, entrepreneurship, social innovation and education. The combination of academia, research and practice brings a robust knowledge base and deep insight of the policy landscape and opportunities therein. As a women and mother of two daughters, Jennifer is passionate about women being supported to reach their full potential.
